72nd Emmy Awards Nominations
The nominations for the 72nd Emmy Awards were announced on Tuesday, July 28. Ten UCLA TFT alumni were nominated in 11 categories, including performers Billy Porter (FX’s Pose) and Nancy Cartwright (Fox’s The Simpsons), and executive producers Alex Gibney and Frank Marshall (Epix’s Laurel Canyon: A Place in Time).
Jimmy Kimmel hosts the Emmy Awards broadcast, which will air on ABC on Sunday, Sept. 20 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT. The Creative Arts Emmys will be presented in virtual ceremonies in September, with those dates still to be announced. This page will be updated.
