Ana Gonzalez
Director of Development
Ana Gonzalez is the Director of Development at the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television, where she leads and supports efforts in crafting development strategies to secure private funding needed to sustain and grow the development program. With a professional development background in the arts and higher education, she holds 10 years of combined experience in annual and major gift fundraising, capital campaigns, crisis management, donor and community relations, volunteer board management and community engagement events.
Prior to joining UCLA TFT, Gonzalez served as the first director of donor relations and stewardship at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, installing best practices for engagement and stewardship. Before moving to Los Angeles, she previously held increasingly advanced development positions and public-facing roles at the Houston Ballet and the University of Texas at Austin.
Gonzalez received her bachelor’s degree in hispanic studies from the University of Texas at Austin, and calls both Houston and Austin her hometowns.
